Michael Kole has a long history of success in all aspects of Real Estate. Since 1970 he has worked tirelessly to meet clients needs and empower his agents to do the same. After serving on the boards of several Realtor organizations and building companies, he decided to specialize in Real Estate1031 exchange and commercial ventures. His goal is helping clients compound their real estate equity as opposed to reducing their equity through the unnecessary payment of capital gains taxes. His success in real estate did not come because he is an incredible sales person. It came because he takes the time to listen to his clients, answer their questions honestly, assist them in the due diligence process, respectfully negotiate for them so they will achieve their goals, and do his best to exceed their expectations.
